• Process Information Review - for complex permits, customers can access the information entered by your organizations staff to review comments and notes on changes that are needed.
  
  
• Document Review - any documents that have been enabled for citizen access can be retrieved from the Citizen Portal.
  
  
• Secure link to internal application server - the Citizen Portal provides multiple levels of security in the transmission of information to and from the central application server. No direct database access is provided to the Citizen Portal, all of its data comes from the internal application server.
