Criteria / Conditions Features

• Attach criteria to projects, property, or processes - Many processes require the ability for staff to establish unique criteria or conditions on a process that the applicant must follow in order to complete the project. OpenFACILIS provides for attaching criteria to processes and projects so staff can monitor special items for each project.
  
  
• Relating Criteria between projects and processes - Each Criteria can be set to be linked to the project the process is related to. This allows for the propagation of Criteria between the project and process so that both evaluate the completion of the Criteria when looking at completing the process.
  
  
• Deactivate criteria without deletion - Criteria can be deactivated as no longer used without removing them from the administrative setup. This allows historical processes to be able to continue to have the Criteria available, but it can then no longer be added to new processes.
