Entities and Contacts Features

• Separation of organizations from contacts - Being able to track organizations and the people within them is a valuable aspect of OpenFACILIS.
  
  
• Allows moving a contact to a different organization - Contacts can be updated separately from the organization they are associated with and even moved to a new organization without losing the information on the original organization.
  
  
• Multiple roles for entities and contacts - Both organizations and contacts can be assigned multiple roles. This allows for searching for entities by role and not having to do double entry to have entities or contacts entered twice.
  
  
• Flexible license management for entities and contacts - OpenFACILIS provides a flexible license configuration for organizations and contacts. This allows for entry of multiple licenses, contract/bid limits, expirations, and many other features.
  
  
• Attach issue tags to entities and contacts - Both organizations and contacts can have issue tags associated to identify issues that need to be tracked and reported.
  
  
• User-defined-field for extending data gathered - OpenFACILIS allows the system administrator to create and associate user-defined fields to the entity / contact entry. This provides the means to track any information needed on organizations and contacts.
