System Options Features

• Administrator definable fields - Many areas of the OpenFACILIS application allow the use of administrator defined data fields. This incorporates the ability to add site specific data entry fields as part of the process and its sub-sections.
  
  
• Easily configured selection lists - OpenFACILIS gives the ability to have both predefined selection lists for drop-down lists and the ability to dynamically select data from any tables in the system. This extends the ease of drop-down lists to a high level of functionality not found in many other systems.
  
  
• Standardized revenue accounts - Because financial revenue accounts can often be very long and difficult to remember, OpenFACILIS provides a standardized mechanism for setting up revenue accounts and being able to select from the list for financial transactions.
