OpenFACILIS Mobile Module

Features

  • Wireless Synchronization - OpenFACILIS Mobile utilizes a web server for all of its communications and to synchronize its data with the database. The communications can be configured to work over the internet through the OpenFACILIS Citizen Portal server or from an internal web server via wi-fi access points.

  • Complete assigned inspections - assigned inspections can be completed in the field and the results updated to the central database when the device is synchronized.

  • Definable failure lists for inspections - each inspection event can have a list of failure reasons that speed the entry of why an inspection fails. Additional notes can be attached to each reason and to the inspection as a whole.

  • Sign off Criteria on Process Items - in addition to completing inspections, field staff can complete Criteria that have been setup on the process item.

  • Review complete process item information - each process can have virtually all information from the main database about the process downloaded during the synchronization. The items that are downloaded are configured on a per user basis for each process type.

  • Search for unassigned process items - field users can search for processes on the main database that are not part of their downloaded inspection list. These processes can be selected to download and create new events for the process item that were originally not assigned.

  • Search for property - field users can search for property by a variety of methods and review the information on the property and its owners.

  • Create new process items - a new process item can be created in the field for process types configured in the user's access rights. This allows the user to perform ad-hoc inspections and create process items for violations or other issues that are discovered in the field.
